Attention high school students!
Page Day with the Indiana Senate gives students an opportunity to learn about their state government and how bills become law. Highlights include a Statehouse tour, mock bill activity, speakers and other educational activities. Students may have the opportunity to see the Indiana Legislature in action and meet their legislator.
The program is open to high school students who have reliable transportation to and from the Indiana Statehouse. Page Day is considered an excused absence and a school excuse letter will be sent home with the student.

Page Day is an interactive, educational experience that allows high school students to witness state government in action.
Students will tour Indiana's historical Statehouse, learn about their state's government and pass legislation of their own during a mock bill activity.
Indiana law allows Hoosier students to serve as a page one day per legislative session and receive an excused absence from school. The Senate will provide the necessary documentation.
